Can someone enlighten me with the following mri brain report? How serious is
it? What do we need to do now? Thanks.
Impression: multiple small T2 hyperintense foci in the subcortial white
matter bilaterally most marked in the frontal lobes, consistent with chronic
small vessel ischemic change.
the patient is a male in early 50s. |
