I got a call from one program director and he is interested in me. He told
me that he would ask his chief resident to call me in this week. What
suppose the chief resident to ask me? How should I be prepared for the phone
interview? Please give me some suggestions!

why u want to get in residency?
especially if u r an old CMG, why u want back in clinic at this age, and did
u have any problem?
as I wrote in my many posts on IV before, telephone IV may open a door for
you and same time, may be a just simple test if u r good enough in spoken
English and could they communicate w/ u later in face-to-face IV, thus, if u
r not well prepared for this IV, u r very quickly be killed by IVer!
