selling brand new International Edition Principles of Polymer Chemistry for
less than 50 bucks, not sure why it is so cheap. (Amazon and other companies
sell for over $80).
Any suggestions?

however, I don't like that writing style.
so, I'd rather read more recent books..

US.
Those books are tipycally printed in other countries such as India, they're
cheap originally; the content should be the same as the hardcovered ones, so
generally no need to worry, as long as you don't mind the fact that the owner
might have bought the book as a lower price
