公司来的一个印度阿三,只有印度的一个学士学位.说他是ASME的FELLOW,查了一下FELLOW
的
要求:
Fellow Qualifications:
A Fellow, one who has attained a membership grade of distinction, at the time
of advancement shall be a corporate member of the Society, shall have been
responsible for significant engineering achievements, and shall have had
either
a. not less than 10 years of active practice and 10 years | w***n

不是那么容易申请的。一般都是在某个领域内的牛人。
