2010都住NJ, employment一个NJ,收到NJ W-2
一个 CA employment ,收到CA W-2
联邦税file jointly, 好像还好
州税怎么报??
1. NJ file jointly, 那是不是state wages = NJ W-2 state wages + CA W-2 state
wages? 但instruction说
The "State wages" figure on W-2(s) you received from employment outside
New Jersey may need to be adjusted to reflect New Jersey tax law.
具体该怎么做?
2. CA 也file jointly 吗?CA州税表上清楚的是说Total California wages from
your
Form(s) W-2, box 16, 那是不是NJ W-2的state wages 就不算了?
多谢! | j****t 发帖数: 131 | 2 You have to file jointly for all
Assume you select residency as NJ.
Finsh federal first.
Then NJ, then CA, then revise NJ based on CA state tax.
remember , you could claim tax credit for the CA state tax you paid in your
NJ tax form.
It is easier to use turnbo tax or taxact . | f**c 发帖数: 791 | 3 Thanks a lot
if using turbotax, it seems i have to pay ~$30 for each state?
