。寄回厂家的话耗时比较长，没有gps出入不方便。有知道是什么原因的不？ |

1）audio amplifier 芯片坏了，换起来麻烦，要同款芯片，还得有专业芯片焊接仪器。
2）小喇叭接触问题，需要一些检测，也要懂的人拆。 |

入不了CHARGING的状态，充电一个晚上，第二天一拔电源就出现“30秒内关机”的信息

发帖数: 2147 | 7 update一下，刚给customer service打电话去咨询，等客服代表都等了40分钟啊，严重
鄙视这个garmin的customer service.然后知道我update了软件，没用。最后说要邮寄
回去修，39刀不含shipping，真贵啊，不修了，凑合着用吧。买个2手的也就这个价格

发帖数: 3066 | 9 开关坏了, might be easier to fix, if I remember correctly, the power button
for a garmin is a square push button switch on upper right corner. If
someone could open it up for you, you will see a small round push button
assembly soldered on the edge of the board. Dirt or carbon deposit could
have gotten in the middle of the 2 contacts, what I used to do is to use a
surgical knife to open up the cover of the push button, and scrape those
contacts clean. |

Here is a good step-step guide on how to disassemble your garmin correctly.
All nuvi brands are mechanically similar.
Note where the power button is with respect to the SD card slot.

Seems re-soldering needs a soldering tool. Played with that in Middle school
. But I bet it is hard to find one. |

发帖数: 3066 | 13 You'll have to take out the whole GPS logic board, unplug the LCD flex-cable
, remove that ceramic patch if it is not glued on. leave the RF shield alone
. Examine the push button, look at the back to see if the joints are
fractured in any way or loose. If solder joints look solid, then you'll have
to open up the switch and clean the surface with knife, alcohol etc. If the
joints are loose, then easy fix. By the way, opening up the push button
switch is not easy, it might require some cutting o |

昨晚开始让GPS充电，然后拔电源的时候让它不要自动关闭，发现其实还是充上了电的
。然后今天早上用完后按reset，关上。因为开关坏了，所以把GPS连到车上，然后自动
就开了。
这样似乎不修开关也可以勉强用了。希望能帮助到有同样问题的朋友。 |
