拿到的利率应该是一样的。另外你总是可以在close之后再pay down的,只不过大多数
银行会要求1年以内不能取消mortgage insurance

算了下1-2年内交到20% down就不收mortgage insurance 了
就是不提前付到20% 2年内也只有$1400 total mortgage insurance 就结束了
我觉得还是留那10% 投资别的比较合算 只要2年内能拿回多于1400就合算 |
