as closing date.
My monthly mortgage payment is at end of month, around 30th. Is there any
difference if the closing date is at the beginning of the month, mid of
month, or close to the end of month? I know I do not have choice, because it
is based on the date when I locked the rate.

closing day is next business day after funding day).
For example: Funding on Thu, closing on Friday. Funding on Friday, closing
on next Monday.
Some county (i.e. orange county in CA) might provide same day recording. |

funding到得早。

lender有15天grace period。 |
