doesn't count as business day. If you close the loan on Thursday, the
funding date will be next Tuesday. You start to pay interest on Tuesday.You
should know how many days you need to pay prepaid interest in your HUD-1.
You may need to pay 1-2 day overlap interest, depending on how your closing
agent pays off your original loan, by wiring or Fedex. |

，不含周日。
22日那天新mortgage才正式生效，一般会在23日正式pay off前一个loan，会有2天的
overlap。

00pm on Friday and is willing to wire the payoff on Friday (extra fee from
the closing agent), you can close it on Monday too. It is common for my
clients to close their refinance loans on Monday. However, you don't want to
gamble, so just avoid Monday closing. |
