I am trying to do refinance.
I saw the online rate for 30 day lock refinance is pretty good. However the
lender told me that it is their policy that they do not offer rate for 30
day lock. They only do the 45 day lock, which has higher closing cost.
I did refinance once with them in 2014 which had 30 day lock.
I am wondering if it is her excuse.
I thought refinance is easier, and can be done quicker.
Any opinion?

多不了多少话可以考虑继续做，否则多比较几家呗。

我们基本上仍旧可以30内完成。

However, the 30-day lock is still available on the company website.
But they do not honor it. That is kind of strange.
I still went ahead with it, knowing the rate is dropping quite bit now. |
