也是那年做的，花了不到1万刀，有20年的transferable warranty. 回来以后仔细研究
的这个检测报告，看房的时候没仔细看报告上提出的问题，像有没有裂缝什么的。不知
道这种房子能买吗？是不是不太省心？让大家帮看看检测报告，谢谢！
Examination of Foundation and Associated Components
1. Grading Examination
The grading is poor with settlement and dishing evident along the south
exterior of the home. It appears that there may have been a past history of
improper downspout discharge that aided in settlement.
2. Foundation Wall Examination
There are multiple signs of past foundation wall disturbances.
The mortar seams have some step cracking along the south wall. Horizontal
cracking was evident at some courses on the south wall. This is commonly due
to hydrostatic pressure exerted by freezing and thawing of ground moisture
adjacent to the exterior foundation wall.
The south wall was disrupted and internally bowed. Some of the blocks were
slightly disengaged with sheer cracking in a few of the blocks.
The south wall was found to be one and one-half inch out of plumb at its mid
-point.
另外屋顶和房子后院什么的也看不了，都有雪盖着。还有必要再去看一次吗？ |

Excavate down to footing and haul away clay/ Chisel and tuckpoint cracks
inside and outside
Straighten walls as best as possible/ Reinforce walls using steel tubing
Replace outside drain tiles and flush bleeders/ Clean outside wall and seal
with below-grade sealer
Apply waterproof sealer/ Backfill walls with washes stone 80%
另外西面的墙也install extra 3 steel tubing. |

问题是解决了的。自己不能判断要依赖专业人士，自己不放心再找一个专业人员确认已
经没问题。
价格合适买也没什么。 |

structural engineer在当地混，大都和代理串通一气。他们的报告先把自己撇清，再
给你一堆数据。先说好，这些可不一定准。一次检测毫无用处。连续多份报告也许可以
告诉地基有没有变化，假设其间房子一楼没换过地板。
俺在Frisco买过一房。93年建，三个十的学区，原房主。便宜就是地基一年前修过。被
代理忽悠，没仔细想想这里的猫腻。不到两年就有了新裂缝。去年好不容易给卖了。今
年都怕做税，做了就得知道到底亏了多少。
千万别买修过地基的房子!
