in the regular inspection might recommend you to do pest inspection if he
sees things that are suspicious. For ultimate protection, you want to do the
pest inspection proactively, especially in the area where termite
infections happen more than not. For houses built on 1978 and up, no lead
test is needed typically. A good percentage of the houses before that has
the lead paint.
