我看了第一天的数据感觉挺高的， 希望retest
这种情况inspector居然要去我再次付100刀的test fee，我认为这个很不合理？ 请问
这种情况是不是应该inspector 自己再免费给retest 一下？ 怎么样跟他argue？

Your radon level came in at 2.9 Pc/L. If you look at the graph you will
notice the levels really taper down over the last 12-15 hours of the test.
Upon picking up the monitor I noticed two windows open at the front of the
home. Open windows can cause the radon levels within the home to drop due
to the gas venting outside. These windows were not open when the test was
set, and were supposed to remain closed during the entire test. A retest
would be recommended to obtain a more accurate radon score. If interested
in a retest, call our office to schedule a drop.

到这个测试时在family basement的，如果在furnace那里更高一些
