新房也没用，关键看地质，有些地区1/3到1/2的房子都超标

and other factors.

发帖数: 79 | 10 给几个专门做房屋检查的人和朋友打了电话，写了信，都告诉我们放弃买这个房子。毕
竟高于安全系数七倍的房子实在不多。同事的哥哥专门做房屋检查，告诉我们即使花钱
维修安装新系统，还是不会彻底解决这么高的危险系数，过两年还会复发。放弃吧。损
失了快五百块钱的房屋检查费，当作是学习了。哎，买一个合适的房子，真的很折磨人
。什么都弄好了，贷款也交上去了，结果，哎。谢谢大家无私的帮助了。 |
