policy，我问了下no cost refi，得到如下答复
Typically it means you go with a higher interest rate that gives you premium
pricing credits ($$) to pay the closing costs.
No such thing as a no closing cost loan. Or a free lunch lol!
这样说来如果要no cost就不能拿最好利率了？记得版上有broker解释过是拿rebate来
cover cost，是不是rate好就没有那么多rebate了？ | s**********d
