than street level.
2) Half of the first level is below the front yard, like a half basement,
but almost the same level as the backyard.
3) The driveway has a slope, which starts at street level, then goes down to
the garage. There is a sum pump in the garage. The ground of the garage is
about 1.5 meters lower than street level.
I am worrying about:
a) Since half of the 1st level is below front yard, will it be humid,
especially after rain?
b) will the water go to the garage when it's raining.

在地下室是不可接受的。Driveway下陷到车库也是大问题，不仅是潮湿，
雨水倒灌，而且下雪的话你要从下往上铲？ |

kitchen and living room are on second floor.
family room and one bed room are below the front yard/street level.

it was build in the 1970s. It looks kind of new inside, because
it was updated.

少，房子很小，增值很慢，因为大伙儿更喜欢 Colonial，这个排水的不管它是French
还是English，赶上下大雨没戏，车库在坡底下，还不立马泡了？ |
