主卧面对driveway比面对back yard吵些
garage门开关，主卧睡觉的会被吵醒。

发帖数: 3845 | 9 C is not walkout. It's a "walkin" and "drivein". From the driveway(front) it
is above ground, but it's half underground in the back. There is only an "
escape" window in the back (usually it's not open unless emergency).
I'm not sure if one-car-garage is too crowded as I need to park one car, as
well as store some stuffs, especially the big trash container.

A，车库再也放不进车子了。
C，看着小窗户后悔不是走出式地下室。
我觉得楼主给的三个选项中，B是最贵的，估计得比A贵至少7万，比C贵至少5万。

试问，美国的房子一半以上的卧室是不接地气的吧。
风水上，砖垒出来的才能叫做房子是给人住的。
试问，美国的SFH、TH基本都是木棚子吧。

1. it is cold in winter, might hot in summer, lack of buffer space.
2. too much movement under the bedroom.
3. normally it faces the street, less quiet.
for new-built houses, most of the master bed face backyard, which is quiet.

对于房子来说，有些是不能够改善的，有些是可以改善的。
对于A，一个车库变不了两个，相应的居室面积也不可能增加。
对于C，地下室不走出、潮湿昏暗也是更改不了的。
对于B，第1点冬冷夏热是有空调暖气可以辅助解决的。第2点也不是要睡觉时候就走车
，试问有谁天天在主卧房呆着。第3点可以通过双层玻璃减低户外噪音。

Maybe cold in winter if bad insulation on floor,
but why hot in summer?
I think a much more important factor is whether having an attic
over the head.

When you are in the bedroom, who will be making movement under?
Maybe it's a feng shui thing though.
True. But it won't be an issue if it's in a cul-de-sac or in
a small gated community. |
