k***a 发帖数: 2400	3 closing cost和房价，title company的收费等有关。没有point的贷款，Lender的费用一般只要lender fee/admin fee 800 - 1000左右。 appraisal fee 400-600左右，credit report fee 25左右。需要贷款quote rate可以联系我。
