contract写的很简单，就是seller credit back 7000 for closing cost.
目前看来closing cost只有5000 上下，多的2000 能用来付escrow 里面的 prepaid
interest 和 property tax吗?
如果不可以，我要考虑用这个钱买点了

Recursive Closing Cost), while others are not that strict.

FHA 允许把用不完的 credit放 impound 里。

expenses such as property taxes and insurance. Lenders like to set up these
impound accounts, as they are then certain that the property taxes and
insurance will be paid on time, as they will be holding the money and paying
these expenses for you.
