dual agent，buyer agent 是listing agent 介绍的。
版上学习的结果，决定home inspector 和termite inspector都自己找。可是说起我自
己约了一家termite公司要来做termite inspection，我们的buyer agent不高兴，说
seller agent已经约了home guard做pest control report。
难道我们不能自己出钱请我们信得过的人做termite inspection? 该怎么让buyer
agent 来给我开门？
