Close at the end of August. Applied mortgage 8 days ago. Seller's agent is
asking for attorney's name from bank. My loan officer told me they have not
assigned me an attorney yet.
When should bank attorney involve in the loan? What could be the reason
seller's agent is asking for it? I think it is seller's agent asking for it.

Buyer attorney 代表 Buyer；
Seller Attorney 代表 Seller；
有些州，比如纽约，前两者可以是同一个人或者机构，称为dual Agent，但需要buyer
签署授权，前提是buyer找的attorney正好是lender指定的Bank Attorney。Bank
Attorney是不能被buyer选择的，只能是lender指定。
