首次购房贷款。800多的信用分数。
上周五，我得到的报价是：3.625% with 0 point。
觉得有点高。不知道是不是还应该再等等。

the best rate for super conforming loan was 3.25-3.375% no cost.
Lately the rate is worse. I saw you mentioned that 3.625% no point. You need
to mamke sure it is not only no point but also no cost.

我问的贷款公司和银行好像都有一堆cost.比如：appraisal fee, credit report fee,
documentation preparation, processing fee,flood certification, tax escrow
service, notary fee. 都可以免掉吗？
no cost的贷款是不是一般只有华人的贷款公司才有？

无费用重新贷款30年固定最好可以做到3.375%，15 年固定最好可以做到2.625%.
购房贷款30年固定的利率最好可以做到3.375%，15年固定最好可以做到2.500%.
