发帖数: 3523 | 6 由于mortgage是后付的，比如：1月due的statement，还的是12月的本息。这样，1月内
close的loan，borrower是没有付过1月的按天算的利息的，这就是payoff letter上会
出现利息的原因。
这部分利息并不是refi的cost，而且borrower之所以refi，是因为rate上或其他方面有
切实的benefit。因此，这部分利息是由borrower承担的。 |
