with clients who are in good standings in terms of loan conditions.
It is not good for everyone especially those with a lot of deposits.

发帖数: 33018 | 7 同意KellyZhang ，只要你的收入简单，一切简单的话PF没啥不好。
我拿到的是2.75%的15年Fix，外加1500 Credit，小于62.5万的Loan，
做过一次（也是PF），这是第二次。
