Two houses, same school zone, both locations are good. no "lu4 chong1", no
high voltaget equipments around.
1.built in 2002. One owner. 3b/2b + study, 1800 sqft, 18.5K. HOA $60, Lot 0
.17 acres. I like the structure better. Ceiling is a little low.
2.built in 2004. One owner. 4b/3b, 2130 sqft, 21.9K, HOA $85, Lot 0.25acres
Location is good, but structure is not my favorite. The concern I have is
the kitechen is in the center of house, although it has chimney above the
stove that directly to outside.Living area is separated to two parts, one in
the center of the house with kitchen area and the other room is close to
the door.
Which one is better? 2nd is larger, seems maintained better and is newer,
and the backyard is larger, but the structure is not ideal. !st seems more
economic, cheaper tax, enough space for us now, and I like the strucuture
better. | q*z

bed room 分别在两处不同的地方， 正是我家理想状态啊，父母来了， 正好住得不用
那么近。否则几个卧室挤在一起才难受呢。 老人都睡觉早， 还怕声音吵。
这种格局多适合我们中国人住啊。
