自己换木地板包括楼梯，绝对可行。
但提醒你一句，慢慢干，多休息，别累着了。
先去看看youtube，熟悉一下你需要的工具先。

发帖数: 302 | 17 I want to replace my 2nd floor bedroom's carpet with laminate floor. The
problem is the wood sub-floor is not flat. The biggest drop is > 1/4 inch
over 1 ft gap. This is new construction. I have no idea if this is too much,
i.e., bad construction maybe?
Does any expert on the forum have any suggestion on how to fix this before
actually laying the laminate floor? The manufacture's spec is 1/16 inch over
40 inch distance.
My research showed leveling compound (like cement) is not ok to use over
wood sub-floor. Some creative people use roofing material to fill the trench
because they are thin and strong. But it is not regulated to use indoor (
chemical vapor?).
The only choice left is to use real wood. Either filling in the wavy sub-
floor or build a supporting grid on top of it. Neither seems to be easy to
do.
So, if you know some good tip, please share with us.

这工钱也太贵了。我去年找的中国师傅，实木的1.25/sf，engineer的1.6/sf。中间都
好说，收边最关键。在地上用chalk line划些格子，对初学者很有帮助。先从不明显的
地方开始。不要急。楼梯用枫木的再stain，不要用地板拼，要不你还得用router搞边。
