，他是个律师，态度很强硬，有没有这么回事啊，广大realtor们给说说一下。我觉得
那是我们花钱买的，为什么要给他！
Section 12(A)5 of the Agreement provides as follows: “Seller has the right,
upon request, to receive a free copy of any inspection Report from the
party for whom it was prepared.” In other words, I have a contractual
right to the inspection report.
这是他的根据。这个seller非常讨厌，非常不想给他，请大家帮帮。 | c****d

一小小部分eifs外墙。。。因为太喜欢那个房，决定还是要了。。

发帖数: 2972 | 3 如果你是用INSPECTION CONTINGENCY 退出合同, 按说你要提供INSPECTION REPORT来证
明你的确做了INSPECTION, 结果让你不满意(不需要提供具体哪里不满意),你签合同时
的确是想买这个房子的. 如果用其他CONTINGENCY退出合同, 不需要给对方.

disclose all the defects to the next buyer if he got a copy of the report.
why bother to ask for trouble?! on the other hand, just email him a copy and
it will cost you nothing.

发帖数: 178 | 5 太感谢了，要是这样就给他了。主要是seller很讨厌，这事那事的特别多，而且我们觉
得他对自己房子的问题很清楚，但一直想隐瞒。这个房子的问题时地下室墙上有很长的
crack，虽然他说给修，但修好也是重大的隐患。多谢了，发包子。 | N**s
