今日收到其一封邮件 推荐了一些新建房给我们 并说
if you visit a sales center (here or in another new community), the builder
's agent will ask you to "register". Their form will ask if you have an
agent -- if you would write my name that would be great -- it doesn't create
an obligation on you -- it just means that the builder's agent will contact
me for any feedback rather than harrassing you.
这样写他名字的话 岂不是我们买了新房 他就会拿到commission了。。。怎么会像他说
的no obligation呢？ |

I think it's normal for any agent to ask that.
Agent的利益和你的利益总是不一致的。

我以前的agent坑了我几千，过了一个星期又屁颠屁颠的温我们看不看房子了，当我们
是傻子。结果我们直接找他的VP，要求解除合同

？不是just for feedback？？

发帖数: 16364 | 7 这不是废话吗。。。你可以这样做，找一个agent,说好给你比如1.5-2%的rebate,你填
上他的名字。如果你没有agent的话，seller agent是拿全部的commisssion,他也不会
分给你的。

发帖数: 7340 | 10 经常性的撒谎哄骗，我们后来懒得争了，给钱走人了事。不过最后输家只有他，seller
房子早晚都要卖，seller agent早晚都要拿钱。我们早晚都要买房，撇开buyer agent
拿rebate回来也比丢的钱多了。最后输家可不是他么，他自以为聪明，事实证明了，在
他坑了我们一个星期过后我们就捡便宜了，他丢了近1万块钱。

发帖数: 3845 | 11 平心而论，大多数agent都这样。其实agent这行也要碰运气，有时候带人看很多次都是
白忙活，有时侯运气好一两次就挣了commission。关键还是buyer要把握住offer price
还有各种细节，不然容易被agent忽悠。

register, 就不能再用别的agent, 一般的agent买新房子的时候都会给rebate, 所以还
是有欺骗的成份. |

看过近10个builder的新房小区了 估计他应该也替我们全部register了
当时就是看着玩的 没想到现在买任何一个小区的房子 都被他牵着走拉

你要和他签合同他才能是你正式的buyer's agent，才能从交易中拿到钱的seller
