我在想有什么办法催啊，连他们的SUPERVISOR都联系过了，还是一点效果都没有。当初
还是朋友推荐用了五分之三银行，怎么这么烂！！！
还有什么办法吗？只能这么干等吗？

month at least. Contact your attorney and see if he/she has requested an
extension on both mortgage commitment date and closing date. Have you orderd
the appraisal? Has the seller's attorney ordered title commitment? Do you
know what are the conditions are?

the very first step. Has your lender ordered appraisal report? Has they
issued the seller mortgage commitment letter? If so what are the conditions
listed in the letter?
It is not normal that lender delays your closing for two weeks unless they
have provided the seller/seller's attoney a reasonable reason. Check with
you attorney and see if he/she has requested an extension on the closing
date.

材料齐全的就看，不齐全的就不看。
审查完材料齐全的case后会给出condition，由loan officer去通知客户补充材料。
在收到补充材料后清condition，如果材料都补充完毕，就会final approve并转到过户
部门准备放钱。
明白了吧？你的loan officer的工作水平、职业态度直接决定了你case的快慢。
是不是到underwritter 这里就快了？

奴隶，loan processor挣的是死工资是银行的钱跟你没半点关系。
