i am in NJ. is it true that for new home owner, very difficult for find no

发帖数: 3523 | 2 inspection是在mortgage以为的，attorney fee基本是在closing的时候才付的。
可以考古一下new jersey版上的帖子，避免雇佣被点名批评的就行了。做房屋买卖合同
其实没啥难度，shop around一下律师，比一下费用就行了，尤其是要确认是flat fee
，别另外charge什么文件、复印、传真、文具费就好。
inspector最好自己找，不要让realor或利益相关的人推荐，问问周围的朋友等。因为
所有利益相关的人都以促成交易为目的，不会全心全意关心buyer的利益。
一般情况下是没有no cost purchase的。因为no cost势必会提高rate，导致客人close
之后急于找机会no cost refi。现在很多lender都延长了新loan可以被pay off的时限
，如果半年之内被refi，帮您做purchase的agent必须退回所有的compensation。 | k******o

, but better to shop around first before decide.
As other one points out, more and more lender enforces 4-6 months refinance
policy.
