higher (instead of lower).
Most broker on this board cares their reputation, and they will try their
best.
Rule of thumb, PF funding (or similar one) is the lowest among all if you
just care about the rate and total cost.

发帖数: 3523 | 8 打电话，简单介绍自己的情况，要lender fee和rate，比较一下，在权衡一下沟通是
broker或是loan officer给自己的印象，决定一下就行了。
GFE只是estimate，除了主要的lender fee之外，其他费用都会变化。没有必要在shop around的时候要。APR是跟rate和lender fee等有关的，因此，掌握lender fee和rate就足够做比较了。 |
