intersection of River st. and Putnam Ave. in Cambridge. It is close to
Harvard, MIT, MGH, and BU. It is 8 minutes walk to a red line T station (
Central Square) and on the 70/70A/64 bus lines. The neighborhood is pretty
safe.
The parking space is inside a townhouse complex and away from busy roads. It
is uncovered and on the paved brick area in front of my house that I own.
The parking space also belongs to me.
Asking rent (negotiable): $90 a month in cash.You need to have up-to-date
car insurance, car registration, and driver's license.
