发帖数: 236 | 1 最近看到一个房子，挺喜欢，但是有个deed restrict. 上面写着，比如drive way 不
能 pave，只能用碎小石头。 然后deed写着房子对面的住户有权更改房子的颜色，大小
，材料等。
请问这些正常吗？感觉万一对面的住户发神经，说要让我看中的这个房子重新改下，重
建，是不是我也得遵守啊？

The grantor has the right to design review and approval of the exterior
shape, size, texture, materials, and color of any building, outbuilding or
other structure cons structured on the granted premises.
the drive way serving the granted premises shall about the meadow, and shall
consist only of gravel, and shall not be paved nor the size thereof
increased.
