我们下步怎么办?我们心理价位around $340000.不是非买不可,可是能拿下,就更好

有没有新number,于是我们就写了封很详细的email解释为什么出这个initial offer,让
seller好好考虑,给个reasonable counter offer.不然,我们要more time to
consider.
今天早上showing agent就发信说seller cut down to $359000了。
我们仔细研究了下,$340000应该是个reasonable final price,低于这个数就是个deal
了。

It has been reduced 3 times:
$389000-> $374000
$374000-> $369000
$369000-> $365000
I saw the transaction of similar condos at $369000 in 09/2011 and $350000 in
2009.
But this condo does't have any upgrades and has only 1 A/C zone. And the
others have 2 A/C zones.
