It is not perfect to me, but still the best of ones that I have seen
recently. Since several families also showed in that property while we were
there, agent think we should not wait, and gave full price offer plus
several thousand more. The house is listed about 10% lower than market value
I think. It's in a nice location. good school. But lot is kind of small,
very close to the neighbor from the back yard.

但是现在过去一年了 就觉得 加那一万是值得的。那点钱 贷款了再分几十年还 其实也

Master bath, a bath shared by 3 beds, and a half bath downstairs.
too close to neighbor from the back yard, no privacy.
need to put new window frame, new curtain. condition is not that bad, but
still not good as other houses.
I am not sure if my agent and selling agent are playing the bidding game or
it is really a hot deal. |

top of the roof. Will that be a potential issue?? |

I once submit an offer for a buyer for full price for a foreclosure. The
listing agent told me that your offer is the lowest among all other offers.
After the closing, I found that the sold price is 10K higher than our offer. |
