没有调整。我想知道这样的话银行会不会拒交房产税然后我得支付迟交的罚款？

发帖数: 502 | 3 Normally the bank reserve 14 month tax and insurance in the escrow account
when they are due. If still have the shortage, the bank will still pay for
it, and ask you pay the different back to the bank later. They will adjust
your monthly payment base on the increase of the tax or home insurance. |
