Amount to Appraisal Value) >60%.

发帖数: 3328 | 7 Normally, for refinancing, different lender has different requirement. For precaution, better to wait for 120 days/4 monthly payment between 2 funding days

Generally, you, as a borrower, are unlikely to have any penalty. However,
the previous mortgage broker might have to pay out all of the commission
earned to "old" lender.

As long as there are 4 months gap between two funding day, that is
sufficient for majority, if not all, lenders.
