发帖数: 6599 | 5 Mine is 15yr fix (recently closed), but based on the spreadsheets my agent
sent me last month, the best rate for 30 yr Aug. was around 4% or lower (60-
day lock). At this point, the TNX interest rate is record low, I would
imagine the mortgage rate is at least as good as the best rate in last month
.
