List agent 不同意第一种方式,因为他不想在contract写上1.5%给我。

司就会给他1099保收入表,他就得交税(整个3%)。 然后,给我的1.5%就要是税后的
,因为他要给我1099表(1.5%的返还中介费算是我的收入)。 如果是第一种方式,我不
需要1099表,因为contribution to close fee 是免税的。
请问,如果走#2方式,我必须要申报1099,和交税吗? 谢谢啦。

high as possible if they are not paying one dime more. The other benefit is
the out-of-pocket cost will be low.
