既然比GFE低，就应该算是惊喜了。
楼上的，我可不代表CA，表搞错哦，俺正宗中部人民，不偏不倚。

发帖数: 9308 | 8 你的房子是不是Single Family Home，如果是的话，就没有0.75point的Penalty。
Closing Cost差不多是$6000块左右，你可以给我一下你的Email地址，我可以给你发个
GFE过去。
