t*****r 发帖数: 543	1 这种该买不？收到很多这种广告信，另外mortgage insurance和mortgage protection insurance一样不？另一方面，这种保险是不是还可以抵一部分税呀？
d******n 发帖数: 2712	2 loan to value高于80%的时候必须要买mortgage insurance，一般其他情况下没有人去买mortgage insurance。我理解mortgage insurance的受益方应该是银行，borrower不还钱的时候可以去出claim一下。所以，只要不是loan to value高于80%，都不需要考虑mortgage insurance。
