suggest not to count on refi due:
a. rate could be higher then;
b. reduction in rate may not justify closing costs unless rates drop
meaningfully;
c. w/ tight budget, good to have some extra cash on hand vs "all in"
fico 740 or better & w/ 20% (or 25% if can afford) down, you'll get very
good rate if not the best--assume income qualifies

时期的purchase高一些的。 |
