现在我自己敲了下数据：
可以全部现金购买，或月供, downplay 从0%到100%都可以接受。，那么假设年利率4。75%，
0%DOWN的话，月供$1381
+Association Fee: $160
+Annual Property Tax: $359 ($4300/12)
=$1900>租金$1750
那么这个没考虑INTEREST TAX DEDUCTION。我不工作，所以不太考虑那个deduction. 我们这
里一般价格是400
刀一尺，2/3千尺的豪斯动则百万，不在预算内，所以不会考虑

After you include all these consideration, you can compare the two options.
