r******e 发帖数: 289 | 1 It is really a tough week on the floating boat in the interest rate sea. A
lot of us like watching Harry Porter sequels, but we still want an ending to
satisfy our quest. Many clients of us asked if we could predict the trend
of interest rate, or some used the historical data to show that the rate
would be better after Thanksgiving.
Where is the answer? We held high hope on QE II but bond investors and some
Republicans definitely hold opposite views. You buy, I sell. You support, I
criticize. The first 75 billion brought a little hope but was swamped with
bigger splash of selling spree. It is great to hear the hit back from
Bernanke but the fight seems to be out of control of anyone.
Still, no one is prophet. Thanksgiving has nothing to do with the fall or
rise of interest rate. It is the time for family to get together or to wait
in a line on Black Friday or pick up the best deal from Internet with free
shipping.
The only one who was caught is the one with a greedy mind or the one with a

In the long run, the rate is very good now. |
