出价多少才合理呢?我们在midwest,房价相对波动范围比较窄.
有经验的请指点。因为short sale的房子动不动就拖几个月。
另,前两天另一幢房子(not short sale, owner bought $390k in 2006) 要价$350k,
我们出价$300K,希望成交价在$320-$330K。结果人家拒绝counter back. 给郁闷了一下

就不是很好,所以不要期望太高了。

offers, 4 of full price, and 2 of 5K more, and the seller took mine

owning and how many lien holders involved. if there are more than one lien
holders, simply forget about it. typically the lien hold will consider
offers no less than 80% of what is owning. less than that, the lien holder
will more likely to foreclose the property. good luck.

当时下OFFER的时候什么也不懂,要知道SHORT SALE很麻烦,就不买了,要知道俩家债
主的SHORT SALE更麻烦,就更不考虑了。房子此前卖了俩次,都是下OFFER的人等不住
了,走了。
到我们那会,据说房子已经快被收回了。我们知道自己是唯一的OFFER,还怕银行不批
,多OFFER了3000块,然后,稀里糊涂的等了四个月,期间天天傻乎乎的担心,等那么
久,会不会被有人新报OFFER而抢走。最后买到了。
现在想想,如果是只有一个OFFER,那就一分不加。如果买不买俩可的房子,减5%试试。

多少钱成交的,告诉他后几乎把他气死。
