This article is going to be a contradiction. After the fall that housing has
suffered, I think that that, as an asset class, housing will probably be a
decent investment going forward. But nobody should ever consider owning a
home.
One of the biggest scams perpetrated on the American public is that owning a
home is the "American Dream." |
