卖家同意了
我的agent一直说很有希望
虽然中间一直在看别的房子, 但是对这个还是很忠心.
结果今天agent给我说, seller agent发了个email, 说lender有了couter offer, 让我
们再加3w, offer本来是32w....
这样正常么? 虽说是short sale, 但是都过了那么久了, 说status一直是processing,
结果被要求提价.... 为啥不早要求提价
呢
我同事给我说, 很不正常, 很有可能是2个agent合伙骗钱呢
... 郁闷
