如果短时间内不能凑足另外的 10%(2-3 年),而且只能在 FHA 和 conventional 之
间选择,我推荐 FHA。
FHA 有 2.25%, 还有 0.5% 的 MIP,但是 rate 稍好点。房价跌了,也可以重新 refi
,无需 appraisal。
如果你觉得一两年内pay down 另外的 10%, 或房价上涨,现在就选closing cost 最
低的,包括 upfront premium 最少甚至没有的。 |

0.8算出来了呀.
对lz, 推荐走2个贷款, 一个小额的补足你的20%, 然后房子的贷款就走conventional;
这样尽快把小额贷款还清, 就不用交FHA的那个insurance了.
另外你如果全部FHA, 利率还能不能拿到一样的呢?...

mortgage, FHA seems better.
