您们这是哪啊， 很爽， 南加这旮出价都猛的狠我知道的很多成交价格比 Zilow 高很多的；
实话说， 买房子你永远不知道你买高了还是买低了， 因为没有完全相同的两套房子可以比较的；

其实价钱是一部分,你自己是否真喜欢才是最重要的.
几年前的deal,现在看起来可能就不是deal了.
谁知道过些年,房价会不会又翻番了呢?
所以啊,房价上自己心里过得去就好了.
inspector查出的问题有大有小.
一般是咬住大的,放了小的.

区前两个房子一会就高于listing price卖出了,所以搞到自己被动得不得了,南加的好
