现在大部分地区的房子也就2、3十万。就算腰斩，也就10来万块，多大点事。省下患得

year. 看来我这里跌得早， 但出来的也早把， 我朋友的基本上纸面上都亏了10万

据.当然要BSO你的英明神武就不需要了.
或者按照Joseph Schumpeter的话,"What counts in not the Yes or No that sums up
the facts and arguments which lead up to it, but those facts and arguments
themselves. Everything else is not science but prophecy".
所以,你如果没有预测未来的水晶球的话,不妨说说你观测的事实和论据.
